“ASP-ABE”-Activated Sludge Process –
Advanced Bio-Engineering for Sewage Treatment Plants.

The treatment plant, which we propose to you, is a unique combination of Engineering and Biotechnology – Bacterial cultures for better degradation of all substances, which we refer to as Advanced Bioengineering.

The designing of the treatment plant will be more compact with suitable and separate chambers for each operation – Primary and Secondary Aeration, Primary and Secondary Settling and Tertiary Natural Trickling Filter Beds.

Aeration Process is being carried out through Imported Aeration equipment’s, with a high oxygen transfer efficiency, 1.5Hp giving 80 Kg of Oxygen /day, controlled through external mechanism to maintain the required dissolved Oxygen levels and save energy.

We do add or bio-augment, “ Bio-Catalyst’s and Bio- Energizers”, a recent advancement in Bioengineering, which is a mixture of suitable bacterial cultures in solid ,dormant form for better degradation of all sewage and other organic substances, in the Aeration Phase. They also keep E-coli & Typhoid producing bacteria’s under control.
